The veal sweetbreads were expertly prepared, showcasing a remarkable balance between the creamy texture and the delightful crunch in each bite. I must also mention the outstanding wine pairing that elevated the dining experience, complemented by the friendly and highly professional service. Excellent food and friendly service in this small restaurant close to the center of town and the station. Value for money and a good wine list. Worth a visit!
